About

Dessert Anatomy is a small, local, family-owned business built on passion, creativity, and heart. Founded by sisters Janine, Jennie, and Prettnie-all three working in the medical field-the business is truly a family labor of love.

Their dad, Ronnie, built the shop from the ground up, helping bring their vision to life and creating a warm space where the community can gather and enjoy handcrafted desserts.

Janine, a passionate home baker, discovered her love for baking during the pandemic. What began as creating cakes for family birthdays quickly grew into a desire to share her creations with the community.

Today, Dessert Anatomy is expanding that passion by offering baking and decorating classes for kids and adults-creating a space where creativity, confidence, and sweet memories are made.

We continue to grow with the hope of serving and giving back to our community through both our desserts and our classes.

Inspired by their family's commitment to medical and feeding ministries, Dessert Anatomy dedicates a portion of its profits to support these meaningful causes.
